Looking for a unique venue for your conference? Conferentiehotel Kontakt der Kontinenten is located in the centre of the country, near the A28 highway. Our spacious car park has 275 free parking spaces. This makes our location easily accessible for conference visitors from all over the country. And do your guests come by public transport? The bus stop with connections to Amersfoort and Utrecht is right in front of the door. Our venue is not only centrally located, but also in a place full of history and inspiration, surrounded by the nature of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug.

Conference rooms

The three conference rooms – Steyl, Sint Jan and Cecilia Chapel – each have their own atmosphere and are equipped with all conveniences and facilities of this day and age. For example, modern audiovisual resources are available and our experienced technical staff is at your disposal.

Impressive stained glass windows adorn the Steyl conference room, and the more formal Sint Jan room has a convenient stage. The Cecilia Chapel has typical wall paintings by Joan Collette; an unforgettable setting for any conference.

Depending on the set-up you choose, the rooms can accommodate up to 180 to 240 people. Are there any workshops or sub-sessions planned? No problem. With 25 meeting rooms, our conference location has plenty of space for those too.

Overnight stay

Are you organising a multi-day conference? Then your guests can also stay overnight. As our venue has both conference rooms and hotel rooms, which makes it possible to organise everything under one roof. Isn’t that convenient? Also good to know: of the 130 hotel rooms, 68 are single rooms that are perfect for business travellers who appreciate peace and privacy.

Treat your participants to a worldly lunch or dinner in KonneKt restaurant, bar and lounge. Enjoy worldly hospitality during a relaxing break. Our kitchen brigade prepares surprisingly tasty dishes that keep the participants’ energy levels high throughout the day.
