What data do we process?
The KdK Conference Hotel Foundation, hereinafter referred to as: Kontakt der Kontinenten, may process personal data about you, because you use the services of Kontakt der Kontinenten, and/or because you provide this information to Kontakt der Kontinenten yourself when filling in a form on the website. Kontakt der Kontinenten may process the following personal data: your first and last name, the organisation for which you work, address details, telephone number, e-mail address and IP address.
Why do we need the data?
Kontakt der Kontinenten processes personal data to be able to contact you by telephone if you so request, and/or to be able to contact you in writing (by e-mail and/or by post) if you cannot be reached by telephone. In addition, Kontakt der Kontinenten can use your personal data in the performance of an assignment agreement concluded with you, usually consisting of conference and/or hotel organisation.
Sharing with third parties
Kontakt der Kontinenten will only provide your personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the performance of an agreement with you, or to comply with a legal obligation.
Mapping website traffic
General visitor data is recorded on the Kontakt der Kontinenten website, including the IP address of your computer and the time of retrieval and data sent by your browser. This data is used for analyses of visit and click behaviour on the website. Kontakt der Kontinenten uses this information to improve the functioning of the website. This data is anonymised as much as possible and is not provided to third parties.
Google Analytics
Kontakt der Kontinenten uses Google Analytics to keep track of how users use the website and how effective the Adwords advertisements of Kontakt der Kontinenten are on Google search result pages. The information thus obtained, including the address of your computer (IP address), is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Access, adjust or change data
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for access, correction or deletion to sales@kontaktderkontinenten.nl. Kontakt der Kontinenten will respond to your request as soon as possible, but at the latest within four weeks.

Kontakt der Kontinenten takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification. The Kontakt der Kontinenten website uses a reliable SSL Certificate to ensure that your personal data does not fall into the wrong hands.
