With facilities such as 25 meeting rooms, 130 hotel rooms, an attractive restaurant and a woodland garden for activities, Conference Hotel Kontakt der Kontinenten has everything you need to successfully organise your event. The hotel consists of two historic buildings – a former mission house and a monastery – located in a beautiful location surrounded by the nature of National Park Utrechtse Heuvelrug. Due to its central location right in the middle of the Netherlands and the spacious free car park, our event venue is easily accessible from all corners of the country and even internationally.

Unique rooms for your event

With 25 different rooms ranging from 18 to 200 m², we can accommodate events for 2 to 220 people. Are you looking for a formal and modern conference room with many sub-rooms? A cosy room for a modest meeting? Or rather a banquet hall with party lighting and a stage?

Sustainable and worldly catering for your event

The KonneKt kitchen brigade will take care of the culinary aspects of your event. Using as much sustainable and fresh produce as possible, our ‘flavour enhancers’ cook the most delicious dishes. With a worldly twist, of course.

Surprise your guests with a delicious dinner in the restaurant, a nice drink at the bar or a barbecue in the woodland garden. Do you have something else in mind? Then we are happy to think along with you.

Overnight stay

Gather and stay the night in one place

Are you organising a multi-day event? Then it is nice if your guests can stay overnight at the event venue. An overnight stay is ideal for international conferences.

Our conference hotel has 130 hotel rooms, of which 58 are single rooms. Ideal for business travellers who appreciate peace and privacy.

Planning an indoor or outdoor activity?

An indoor or outdoor activity can be a nice addition to the programme of your event. It provides variety and bonding among the participants. In cooperation with professional partners, we have put together a wide range of activities. Activities range from sports and games to deepening and leadership.
